ROMANTIC REBELS is an independent womenswear label founded by two European women and established in Seoul, South Korea.

With a focus on strong silhouettes, considered tailoring, and distinctive details, we create fashion for women who embrace individuality and challenge expectations.

As a European-founded brand operating in Korea, we bring together international creative perspectives with Korea's fashion industry, craftsmanship, and production expertise.

We are looking for a creative, curious, and motivated individual who wants to gain firsthand experience in fashion, jewelry, and brand development.

This is a hands-on educational opportunity to learn directly from our founders and discover what goes into building and growing an independent fashion label, including the development of our upcoming jewelry collection.

Fabric Sourcing & Production

• Visit Seoul's fabric markets and discover different materials and textiles.
• Learn about sourcing, supplier relationships, and local manufacturing.
• Gain insight into garment development, from concept to production.

Jewelry Development & Launch

• Gain behind-the-scenes exposure to developing and launching a new jewelry collection.
• Explore jewelry trends, materials, suppliers, and production processes.
• Learn about product presentation, e-commerce listings, and launch preparation through guided educational projects.

Creative Projects & Brand Storytelling

• Observe and participate in supervised learning activities related to photoshoots, styling, and creative campaigns.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Students or aspiring professionals interested in fashion, jewelry, design, marketing, business, or entrepreneurship.
• Creative, curious, proactive, and genuinely interested in learning.
• Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking initiative.
• Interested in both the creative and business aspects of fashion.
• Comfortable communicating in English.
• Korean proficiency is highly preferred, particularly for exploring local suppliers and industry opportunities.
• Based in Seoul and available for regular on-site participation.
• Previous fashion industry experience is not required.

INTERNSHIP DETAILS

The placement is intended to provide educational experience, guidance, and professional development rather than replace a regular employee. The final structure is subject to applicable Korean requirements.
