At Romantic Rebels, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Below are the shipping details for our global site:

Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $150.
Standard Shipping: A flat shipping fee of $3 applies to orders shipped within Korea below $150.
Global Shipping: Our global shipping service will be introduced soon. Stay tuned for updates!

Most of our products are made-to-order. While we sometimes maintain stock, in cases where products need to be crafted, please allow 1–2 weeks for production.
If longer production times are required, we will notify you via email or text message.
Orders placed before midnight (KST) will be processed the following business day.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping notification via email or text message.

After receiving your package, please inspect it for any damage or defects. If you notice any issues, contact our customer service team immediately.
Orders cannot be modified, including changes to the shipping address, once the order has been placed.
Delivery schedules are managed in accordance with our courier's transportation policies. Specific delivery times cannot be requested.
Delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters.
